  • 1/8 tsp black pepper, (or to taste)
  • 24 oz salmon filet, boneless and skinless (cut into pieces, 4 oz each)
  • 1/2 tsp. seasalt, (or to taste)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chives, to garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Glaze:

  1. In a small bowl, add together the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. This simple yet flavorful sauce will be the star of our honey-garlic glazed salmon. Stir until well combined and set aside.
  2. Begin by seasoning both sides of your boneless, skinless salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then proceed to lightly coat them in flour by dredging in a shallow plate with 1/4 cup of flour and make sure to shake off any excess.
  3. Sear the Salmon:

  1. We need to heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of oil (such as olive oil or vegetable oil) to the pan.
